Herlin Riley was born February 15, 1957, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Born into a musical family, Herlin was always surrounded by music. He began playing the drums at age three. He studied trumpet throughout high school and two years of college. His attraction to the trumpet was short-lived, however, and he concentrated his efforts on the drums.

Herlin was a member of Ahmad Jamal’s group from 1984 through 1987. He has recorded with Marcus Roberts, Dr. John, Harry Connick, Jr., George Benson, Benny Wallace, Mark Whitifield, among others. His theater experience includes playing in One Mo’ Time and Satchmo: America’s Musical Legend.

In the spring of 1988, he joined Wynton Marsalis’ touring and recording group, which he performed with through its disbanding in late 1994. He also performed on the first Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra United States tour in the fall of 1992, performing the music of Duke Ellington. Herlin is a regularly featured musician at Jazz at the Lincoln Center. He has released two recordings as a leader, Cream of the Crescent and Watch What You’re Doing. Both of these albums feature fellow Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra members. VIDEO CLIP ... https://youtu.be/xX3CgYNCmrU

Terreon Gully is an exceptional musician whose voice of choice is drumset.  As a diverse musician, he has mastered a variety of musical styles:  straight ahead, funk, fusion, Afro-Cuban, big band, drum and bass, rhythm and blues, hip hop, pop and gospel.  In addition to drumset, Terreon’s musical abilities expand to include writing, producing, and arranging.

A native of East St. Louis, Illinois, Terreon, or “Tank” as his colleagues affectionately call him, began his musical journey performing drum set as a child in church.  Pursuing his love for music, Terreon joined the world renowned Lincoln Senior High School Jazz Ensemble under the leadership of Director Ronald Carter. Furthering his education, Terreon attended the University of Houston in Houston, Texas, where his mentor Marvin Sparks, Director of Percussion Studies, introduced him to the wide world of percussion.

While attending the university Terreon met his future wife Ramona Houston, Ph.D.  In 1996, Terreon graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance.  Being exposed to various genres and aspects of the music industry throughout his life, Terreon naturally progressed into a career in music.  Upon graduation, Terreon moved to Atlanta to explore the possibilities of music in the Southeast.  He later moved to New York City in 1998, where he now lives and continues his musical journey.

Terreon’s artistic uniqueness lies in his distinctive sound, authenticity and creativity.  A sensitive, colorful and innovative drummer, Terreon mixes different textures and tones on the drums and cymbals to produce breathtaking colors and images.  A versatile musician, Terreon approaches each genre in its authentic context, yet complements it through incorporating various styles in an ingenious manner to create an interesting and innovative sound.  His distinctive sound combined with his approach to music complements his expressive creativity.

Terreon performs and records extensively.  When not busy with The Christian McBride Band, Stefon Harris, David Sanborn or Yerba Buena, Terreon finds time to squeeze in working with such artists as Burning Spear, Lauren Hill and Roy Ayers to name a few. Known for his authenticity and versatility, Terreon performs in a variety of genres and musical settings, working with the best.  From reggae pioneers, hip hop icons, to jazz legends, Terreon has performed, toured, and recorded with many artists, among them:  the Benny Green Trio, Charlie Hunter, Real Live Band, Diane Reeves, Abbey Lincoln, Marc Cary, Russell Gunn, Lizz Wright, Jackie Terrason, and Common as well as a host of other artists.  In addition to live performances, Terreon is known for his exceptional work in the studio, recording for albums, films, and commercials. Pat Bianchi has never been afraid to take "Jazz Organ” into new directions. His playing draws from a wide range of musical influences including organists Dr. Lonnie Smith and Joey DeFrancesco (both who mentored Bianchi in his early years) but also encompasses other instrumentalists and approaches that stretch beyond the Hammond B-3 world. The result is a unique and creative voice of the organ that acknowledges the tradition while looking forward at the same moment.

As a leader Pat has toured extensively through the United States and Europe, appeared at numerous jazz festivals and in recent years his trio has opened for Steely Dan for 3 separate east coast tours. In addition to being a prolific bandleader, the Grammy-nominated organist was a longtime member of the trio led by late guitar icon Pat Martino as well as NEA Jazz Master Lou Donaldson's Quartet. Pat has also enjoyed tenured memberships in the bands of some of the most highly revered artists in jazz including; Joe Locke, Chuck Loeb and Ralph Peterson Jr.

Additional performance credits include: Red Holloway, Terrace Martin, Mark Whitfield, Terell Stafford, Dakota Staton, Javon Jackson, Peter Bernstein and Tim Warfield among many others. With 9 CD releases as a leader and appearing on over 40 additional recordings as a guest artist, Bianchi continues to be in high demand. His command of the instrument, harmonic prowess, rhythmic intensity and versatility are rivaled by few.

While maintaining an active performance schedule, Bianchi also teaches jazz organ classes and lessons at Berklee College of Music. He also shares his deep knowledge and love of jazz organ history as host of the weekly Sirius XM show Organized. VIDEO CLIP ... https://youtu.be/ZarCK6tayf8
